When setting up a school holiday shop, you may worry about what you will do with any unsold merchandise. At Holiday Shop for Kids, all the gifts we supply your school are on consignment, which means there are no upfront costs. Additionally, we pick up any unsold gifts for free when your holiday shop comes to a close.

Holiday Shop Information

We suggest running your shop for 3-5 days during school hours.

Fun Services Agrees to:

  1. Will provide a selection of merchandise on a consignment basis at set retail price
  2. Will credit the Client the profit of the Shop based on the following scale:
    • $1500.00 to $2999.99 net sale receives 10% of Sale
    • $3000.00 to $4999.99 net sale receives 15% of Sale
    • $5000.00 to $6499.99 net sale receives 18% of Sale
    • $6500.00 and above net sale receive 20% of Sale
  3. Will provide all support material for Holiday Shop including: Promotional Materials, Fliers, Posters, Table Covers, Gift Bags, Online Portal, Cash Register App
  4. Will provide FREE SHIPPING and DELIVERY
  5. Will accept all unsold merchandise

Client/Organization Agrees to:

  1. Not sell merchandise provided by any other vendor or alternate source
  2. Not to mark, deface merchandise in any way. Acknowledging defacing or marking of merchandise is the agreement to purchase said merchandise
  3. Run the Holiday Shop and honor this 1 yr contract in the year that it is signed
  4. Any Cancellationis subject to a $500.00 fee
  5. To sell all product at Fun Services retail amount
  6. To inventory all returns and report all breakages by the end of the sale
  7. To use the on line portal provided for reorders and returns
  8. Pay all invoices no later that January 15 of the year following sale, if not paid by then will pay 1.5% finance charge on all monies due
